Corporate Giving

It was a charitable act, by Salt Lake City banker Russell Lord Tracy, that founded the Tracy Aviary when he donated his private bird collection to the City of Salt Lake and its children. Open to the public since 1938, the Tracy Aviary maintains a collection of approximately 400 birds representing about 135 species. Many of these birds are considered rare or endangered.

Since that time, the Tracy Aviary has worked closely with corporations to continue, advance, and sustain the vision of Russell Lord Tracy. For almost 70 years the Aviary has provided a rare glimpse into the fascinating world of avian life and transformed lives through connection with its birds.

By making a gift to the Tracy Aviary, corporations strengthen their relationship with future scientists of our community, provide cultural and educational diversity and foster the future of Salt Lake City as a unique destination.

The Tracy Aviary welcomes your corporate donations. For more information contact Tim Brown, the Aviary's Executive Director, at 596-8500 Extension 20.
