Registration

• Register now, space is limited! • Registration is open until one week before the start of camp. • Child must be enrolled in the grade he or she will be entering in Fall 2010. • Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation letter or email of camp registration, camp safety and legal forms. Completed forms must be received by Tracy Aviary at least one week prior to the date of camp. Please mail or drop them off to the address below. • In the event Tracy Aviary must cancel a camp, registrants will be notified two weeks prior and granted a full refund. Cancellation Policy

A 75% refund will be given for cancellations made at least one week before the camp date. Cancellations made less than one week prior to camp will not be refunded.

Arrival and Pick-up

Children may be dropped off no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of camp. At no time may any child be left unattended. Children must be picked up promptly at 4 pm, or the end of camp.

Lunch and Snacks

There will be a supervised lunch break between 12 pm and 1 pm for all-day campers only. Campers must bring their own lunch. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided free for all campers.
