Registration and Camp Details
Fees and Discounts:
Cost for each week-long half-day camp/module: Members $105, Non-members $120 Sign up by May 1 for the Early Bird Discount of $5 off for each camp!
Registration:
• Register now, space is limited!
• Registration is open until two weeks before camp begins.
• Child must have turned that age for any given camp by June 2008.
Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation letter or e-mail, of camp registration, camp safety and legal forms. Completed forms must be received by Tracy Aviary at least one week prior to the first day of camp. Please mail or drop them off to the address below. In the event Tracy Aviary must cancel a camp, registrants will be notified two weeks prior and granted a full refund. Arrival and Pick-up:
Children must be dropped off between 8:45 and 9 AM for morning camps and between 12:45 and 1 PM for afternoon camps. At no time may any child be left unattended. Children must be picked up promptly after camp ends, either at Noon for morning campers or 4:00 for afternoon and all-day campers.
Aftercare is offered from 4-5:30 PM, for full-day campers only. Additional fee is $75 per week and is not available on a per day basis. Campers will do quiet activities during this end-of-day wind down period. Children staying for Aftercare can be picked up at the Tracy Aviary Chase Mill.
Cancellation Policy:
A 75% refund will be given for cancellations made up to two weeks before the camp date. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to camp will not be refunded. In the event Tracy Aviary must cancel a camp, registrants will be notified two weeks prior and granted a full refund.
Lunch and Snacks:
Supervised lunch break between noon and 1 PM will be provided for all-day campers only. Bring your own lunch, morning and afternoon snacks provided free in all camps. Please do not send snacks with your children.
