Eagle Court of Honor Presentation

Unlike Any Eagle Court of Honor You Have Experienced! Earning the rank of “Eagle” is an immense achievement in any Scout’s life. We can enhance your celebration of their efforts by showcasing our live golden eagle at your Eagle Court of Honor. A Tracy Aviary expert will engage attendees in a short presentation about what it means for a Scout to become an “Eagle.” This is followed by a question and answer session and a unique opportunity for photographs. Our program duration is generally 20- to 30-minutes.

At Tracy Aviary’s Historic Chase Mill

Celebrate your Eagle Scout’s special achievement in an equally special setting on the grounds of Tracy Aviary at the historic Chase Mill. Guests will enjoy spending time in this serene location in the heart of the city and the night will be topped off with a live eagle presentation to educate your guests about the amazing adaptations eagles have and show why the eagle was chosen to represent Scouting’s highest honor. These Eagle Courts are available during the evening and require at least two weeks’ notice. Chase Mill capacity is 75 people.

At Your Own Venue

These offsite Eagle Court programs are available on a prepaid first-come, first-served basis during the evening. We perform this program any night of the week, dependent upon staff availability, between 5pm and 7pm. Unfortunately we are unable to perform this program after 7pm for locations both in Salt Lake County and out of Salt Lake County.

Please also note that our offsite Eagle Court programs must be performed indoors and in public spaces. We are unable to perform the program in outdoor locations, or at private residences.

Booking an Eagle Court of Honor

To schedule an Eagle Court of Honor either at your own venue or at our beautiful Chase Mill, please fill out our Eagle Court of Honor Online Request Form and an Aviary representative will contact you to answer questions and arrange final details.

Pricing

Eagle Court of Honor Presentation at Tracy Aviary’s Historic Chase Mill
Price includes rental of the Chase Mill and a live eagle program led by our bird experts.
Cost: $225 for up to three Scouts

Eagle Court of Honor Presentation at Your Facility
Cost within Salt Lake County: $220 for up to 5 Scouts
Cost outside of Salt Lake County, but within 50 miles: $300 for up to 5 Scouts

Eagle Courts more than 50 miles away from Salt Lake County may incur extra mileage fees. Extra scouts must be pre-approved for an additional fee per Scout.
